Terraced house in Iceland

A client contacted us because we deliver a building with a foundation. This means that the house and its foundation are completed in our factory.

Some terraced houses were needed in a location where it was not possible to pour even a foundation layer not mentioning building the whole house. Thus client wanted complex buildings with a foundation.

The terraced houses consisted of eight modules and they were completed in the Akso-Haus OÜ factory within two and half months and installed at the destination in two weeks. During installation the first and second floor were connected, as well as the house modules to each other. Additionally, a terrace was built for every house module. Everything what was needed for the installation was delivered from Estonia.

The modules were transported over sea. The modules were completed on time and our client was very satisfied with the work delivered by Akso-Haus OÜ. As such, new modules were ordered for another project.

An interesting fact: The project was delivered in a small village where the closest building shop was in a distance of five hour driving.
