Cooperation with Enterprise Estonia
Akso-Haus OÜ will carry out in the period 01.12.2019- 30.11.2022 the development project No. EU53745, which aims to develop and launch a set of standard modules in new markets, which will create a significant competitive advantage in export markets.
The project is co-financed by Enterprise Estonia from the measure of the companys development program with 424,283.30 euros.

All Akso-Haus OÜ modular houses, including their concrete foundation with all utility interconnection points are completely finished in our factory.
Many customers have selected our ready-made factory houses. In total we have already built over 100 000 m2 of modules.
Our modules are fully completed in our factory. We guarantee superior quality and agreed deadlines, because we do not depend on or are influenced by weather conditions.
A modular house is completely finished in our factory. Once leaving the factory it has its floors, walls, roof, and everything else one needs for a beautiful home installed. This include tiled floors, installed lamps and a tiled bathroom with affordable underfloor heating.
An element house is a modular building where all elements, such as walls, ceiling, roof and floors are constructed on the building ground. This requires additional construction time of the house. The weather conditions may influence the construction time.
Our module house does not require a construction of a foundation on site. We use unique technology where the foundation is made in our factory as well. This guarantees a faster and easier installation process.
